A Shareholders’ Committee (SC) has been created by RTIX shareholders. The Committee believes that the Regeneration Biologics Board of Directors must take immediate action to prevent a further erosion of shareholder value. In the past twelve months the Company's value has declined by half and has declined nearly 80% since August of 2007. How has this happened?

The Committee’s agenda is to table a set of proposals to the Company’s Board of Directors. The agenda will also include proposals to consider and review:
